Katie has worked as a licensed clinical social worker for the past six years, assisting teens and adults in navigating, coping with, and reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression. She has completed perinatal mental health training through Post-partum Support International/2020Mom and also works with PrairieCare’s Perinatal Intensive Outpatient Program. She is passionate about helping expectant and new mothers navigate their journey through motherhood. She is also a mother of two young children!

Katie strives to create a welcoming and non-judgmental space where clients feel at ease. In doing so, clients can begin to process their experiences and take steps to make positive changes that will benefit them both in the moment and in the future. She uses a blend of CBT and DBT to help clients understand more about themselves and make growth based on the strengths they have.

In her free time, Katie loves hiking, running, and spending time outside. She is also always looking for good recipes.
