Bryan Piatt is a mental health therapist specializing in supporting people maneuvering symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and anxiety. He is a former news anchor and reporter at KARE 11 and currently hosts the Take What Serves. Leave the Rest. podcast, which aims to create a safe space to talk about mental health. Bryan is also a public speaker, sharing his own personal journey with anxiety and OCD.

As a meditation guide, certified yoga teacher, and breathwork facilitator, Bryan invites us all to meet ourselves gently – no matter what we’re experiencing.
