As the Vice President of Human Resource Operation, Melissa has a diverse work history that delivers results. She has worked in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, payroll, performance management, diversity, learning and development, and more. Her work is organization-driven and patient-focused to identify and close gaps while aligning with our mission, vision, and values of providing the best psychiatric care we can to patients and their families.

Melissa started at PrairieCare in 2020 as the Human Resources Director at the Brooklyn Park Medical Office Building. She is motivated to evolve HR in order to build a dedicated and supported team that can then deliver the essential services PrairieCare offers.
