Dr. Peterson joined PrairieCare in 2019. He enjoys serving patients and their families in this setting where the patients’ symptoms and signs can be safely identified, treated and stabilized. He also values setting up a comprehensive aftercare plan, which includes maximizing outpatient resources upon discharge from the hospital. Finally, he strongly believes in the multimodal treatment approach targeting both mind and body.

Dr. Peterson enjoys spending time with his family in the community, at the cabin, and traveling throughout the Caribbean.
