Doctoral Degree: Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Minnesota specializing in Psychiatric/Mental Health.
Bachelor Degree: Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Minnesota.
Licensure: Psychiatric Mental Health Advance Practice Registered Nurse

Dr. Giles has been working in mental health since 2011. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Minnesota in 2015. She joins PrairieCare with experience providing psychiatric care within inpatient and outpatient psychiatric/mental health care settings.

Dr. Giles’ interests include providing a holistic, person-centered approach where she collaborates with clients to achieve their mental health goals. Progress is made through encouragement, support, and the involvement of significant others and/or family in the client’s care as they see fit. During visits, holistic assessments may include questions about sleep, nutrition, exercise, important relationships, and meaningful work and activities.

During her free time, she enjoys reading psychological thrillers, being outdoors with her two dogs and spending time with her husband and family.
