Originally from western Minnesota, Erica has worked as a psychiatric nurse since 2005. She has experience in a variety of public health, mental health, and chemical dependency settings, working with both child/adolescent and adult populations. Erica returned to graduate school in 2009 in order to pursue her goal of providing comprehensive, advanced care to her patients. As a PMHNP, Erica is educationally prepared to provide the full range of psychiatric services, including diagnostic assessments, medication management, and psychotherapy. She believes in an individualized, strength-based approach that focuses on maximizing abilities and promoting self-care.
