Brittany is a client-centered Psychotherapist serving children, adolescents and adults. She promotes whole-person wellness, collaborative goal setting, parenting and developmental support for individuals, groups and families. Her clinical work has included working with those who have socioeconomic challenges, at-risk youth, chemical dependency rehabilitation, and families in reunification programs. Various clinical settings have included residential programs, outpatient and school-based environments.

Brittany uses compassion to build genuine therapeutic relationships and create a safe environment in which to explore barriers to growth. She prefers to utilize a variety of approaches depending upon the unique issues that clients present with. These approaches include: cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, parent education, systems theory, psychoeducation and trauma focused-cognitive behavioral therapy. She believes that it is imperative to foster change by supporting the client in addressing current concerns and clarifying goals in order to help them work towards their own goals.

Brittany’s interests include spending time with family, finding adventures with her children, baking and all things lakeside.
