Rebecca offers trauma-informed, person-centered care, integrating humanistic and existential perspectives with a goal-oriented framework. She is passionate about helping patients uncover underlying themes and patterns in their lives, using these insights to deepen awareness, foster change, and build resilience. She often weaves in dialectical thinking to help clients hold multiple truths and navigate life’s complexities with greater balance and self-compassion.
Rebecca works with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, providing a warm and grounded space for exploration and growth. Her approach incorporates mindfulness-based interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, strengths-based work, attachment theory, and trauma- and grief-informed care.
Outside the therapy room, Rebecca enjoys yoga, mindfulness, hiking, photography, travel, cooking, and spending time with her family.
