Meghan received her BA from St. Cloud State University, and an MA from Argosy University-Twin Cities. She has a wide range of experience working in a number of areas in mental health, including in-home therapy, outpatient therapy, school-based services, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

She has worked extensively with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, family dynamics, domestic violence, and more. Meghan is trained in TF-CBT (trauma focused care), DBT informed care, and holds certification in Sexual Paraphilia.

In her free time, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching and participating in sports, reading and indulging in many different creative outlets.
