Tao received her Bachelor of Science degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and her Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University. She has worked with a diverse population of children, adolescent and adults providing individual, group and family therapy. She draws from a variety of theoretical approaches including client-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Tao also speaks Hmong.
Outside of work, she enjoys trying new food, being outdoors, spending time with my family and friends, and travel.
