Robyn Helget (she, her, hers) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), who specializes in infant early childhood mental health services along with children, adolescence, and adults. She works closely with families and children who have been impacted by trauma events and attachment disruptions, along with those in foster care. Robyn has had the privilege of working with children and families experiencing a variety of mental health needs, along with individuals and families. 

Robyn holds a master’s degree in counseling and student personnel and a bachelor’s degree in corrections and psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is a board approved supervisor with the boards of Minnesota Marriage and Family and Behavioral Health. Robyn has trained in assessing children birth to five years old with DC 0-5 and ECSII tool. She is certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and an Infant Mental Health Specialist with MACMH.    

Robyn strives to provide a safe, culturally responsive, and supportive space for individuals, families, and systems where healing, growth, and insight can take place. She is social and racial justice oriented, and holds space for individuals of all abilities and identities.
