Mary Rasmussen

Mary has been working in child and adolescent mental health as a nurse practitioner since 2013. She has experience with psychiatric inpatient and day treatment settings. She joined the Newport Healthcare team in 2024 with the Center For Families in Minneapolis, MN. She has a passion for working with youth. She has experience with a variety of mental health conditions including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism spectrum, and substance use.

Mary graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as an undergraduate; later attending Marquette University for training as a pediatric nurse practitioner and Maryville University for training as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Mary is double board certified as a pediatric and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
