Laura is a licensed marriage and family therapist who has worked with children, adolescents, young adults, couples and families since 2015. Her clinical work has focused largely on providing mental health services to individuals, families and couples with multiple stressors, often including suicidality, self-injury, anxiety, depression, family systems conflict, as well as trauma.

Laura spends her free time with her children exploring the outdoors, reading books, doing something creative and doing puzzles. She enjoys rock climbing, as well as snuggling up with her pets and reading a good book. Her favorite hobby is interior design, in which she is frequently testing out a new paint color on a wall or building a new piece of furniture.
