Kelly started her journey in the mental health field in 1995. She began working with patients during graduate school at the inpatient level of care for children, adolescents, and adults. After graduate school, Kelly gained further experience adolescent day treatment, professional family based-in home work, ARMHS, as well as outpatient clinic services. Once she was licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy and working in the field for some time, she became a board approved supervisor. She also has specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help treat and reprocess trauma.

She has worked in adult Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP) for almost a decade and is currently supporting patients at PrairieCare. Kelly says working with adults in PHP is truly her passion. It gives her the opportunity to work in all areas of her clinical interests, including individual and group therapy, as well as connecting with couples and families to help them support their loved ones who are needing care. Kelly enjoys working with a multidisciplinary team who always is motivated to provide the best care.

Outside of her work at PrairieCare, Kelly takes pleasure in reading, watching movies, doing outdoor activities and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
