Dr. Weagley is a dedicated child and adolescent psychiatrist with experience spanning inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings. She joined PrairieCare in 2025 and plays an integral role in providing compassionate treatment for patients at our inpatient hospital. Her treatment includes a whole-person approach addressing all aspects of someone’s life to ensure recovery and long-term healing. 

Over the course of her career, Dr. Weagley has worked across clinical and community environments, ensuring that individuals and families have access to the care they need. She is deeply committed to improving systems of care, advancing mental health education, and reducing barriers that contribute to inequities in access and outcomes. Through her leadership, she continues to strengthen both clinical practice and community support. In addition to her clinical and educational work, Dr. Weagley is passionate about mentoring the next generation of healthcare providers, helping them develop the skills and empathy needed to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.  

Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Weagley enjoys hiking, running, cooking, theater, and spending time outdoors with her family.
