Sarah has worked in a variety of settings with adolescents and adults as a therapist. Sarah has previously worked as a therapist in outpatient private practice, in a residential treatment center, and as an in-home family therapist. Sarah has primarily worked with adults and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, relational and attachment issues, and suicidal ideation or self-injurious behavior.
Sarah incorporates a blend of therapeutic styles to meet each client’s unique needs, including drawing on family systemic perspective and trauma-informed therapy.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, antiquing, and traveling.
