Rachael was born and raised in Minnesota, attended undergrad in Wisconsin, and received her master’s degree at Adler Graduate School.

She is the mother of 2 children, 1 dog, and 2 cats. She has worked with troubled youth and their families, young mothers, couples, severe and persistent mental illness, and day treatment autism services. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.

Rachael enjoys reading, physical activity, and spending time with her family.
