She often utilizes a strengths-based perspective in working with children and families to empower them based on their current strengths and really meet clients where they are at.

Ashley has experience with youth of all ages, as well as adults and family. She also has experience working with children who have experienced trauma, challenges with interpersonal skills, grief, family change, anxiety, depression, opposition/conduct concerns, and ADHD. Ashley loves working with children and adolescents and is very excited to collaborate with primary care providers in addressing challenges and providing opportunities for growth. She believes that providing appropriate client-centered care for children includes working with multidisciplinary teams with a holistic approach.

In Ashley’s free time, she loves to spend time with her young daughter, family and friends. She also enjoys being outdoors, traveling, music, playing board games and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings.
