Annie Johansson, PhD, LMFT, is a licensed Mental Health Professional who has worked in adolescent residential care for the last 9 years. As the program’s clinical supervisor, Dr. Johansson supports the therapists and staff in providing evidence-based therapeutic services to the residents. Dr. Johansson believes strongly that change comes from the day-to-day services provided to the residents and that successful interventions stem from work completed in the individual and family therapy sessions. Dr. Johansson is also certified as a Handle With Care instructor. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing the piano, and reading.
